The new addition is completed to the Christian school on the campus of Shalom Children’s Home in El Salvador. Now we hope to add a medical clinic.

The school addition is complete, and there are now 350 students. In addition to the usual government-approved curriculum, classes are offered in English, computers, art, music, manual arts, and swimming. |

Shalom Children’s Home — Plans for Medical Clinic |
|
An adjacent property was purchased in May 2005 to add a medical clinic to the mission’s outreach. It will serve the children from the orphanage and school as well as be available to anyone in the Santo Tomas area. A two-story building is planned, with the clinic on the ground floor and classrooms on the upper level to provide in-service training for new physicians, nurses, and medical specialists. Future plans for adding other buildings on the property include a home for the handicapped and a residence for senior citizens. |
